Dr. Serrano is very caring and wonderful to his patients. I am so happy that I chose him as my eye doctor. He has helped me get through some pretty serious issues with my vision health. I hope he maintains his practice for many years going forward.

Dr. Serrano was great. I had been dis-satisfied with explanation of my visual problems from my now-former eye doctor. The amount of time he spend with me, getting to the bottom of what was going, was incredible. Really surprising and good. He did a lot of testing that went well beyond the standard "read this line, is this sharper or is this sharper". I feel as if he truly understood me as a person, and listened to me--he didn't treat me as just another patient in-and-out-the-door-thank-you. Staff was great, it was easy to make an appointment and I like that I could fill out all the paperwork online before the appointment. For the first time since 1988, when I had an RK, I am going to get glasses and, instead of saying "oh, getting older <sigh>", I feel really excited about having crisp clear vision once again. I could not recommend Dr. Serrano more highly.

Amazing...that is the word that describes this whole practice. When other doctors said there was no hope, Dr. Serrano and his staff said let's keep trying and now our son has gained some of his vision back with therapy!

I had a great experience at Dr. Serrano's office. When I called to make an appointment for a checkup, Sharyn was able to help set a date for that same week. When I had asked about a few concerns over the phone, Sharyn checked for me by asking Dr. Serrano right away while I was still on the line. The office easy to find, close to I-85, with easy free parking. The waiting room and treatment room was clean and up to date. They brought me back right on time for my appointment. Dr. Serrano was friendly and listened carefully to everything I said. I felt that he was very thorough in his exam. He explained what he was doing as he went along so there were no surprises. I recommend Dr. Serrano and his team. I will be bringing my wife for her checkup as well.

The office staff are pleasant, prompt and helpful. The waiting room is roomy, clean and comfortable. I was impressed by how patient Dr. Serrano was during my exam. I had a lot of questions but I never felt like he was anxious to move on to the next patient, which is unlike most of my experience with other doctors. There were no surprise up charges.

The experience since the first time we stepped in this office has been nothing short of spectacular. The initial evaluation for my son diagnosed with autism was very thorough. Dr. Serrano has a son with autism and was brought to tears by my son's progress overcoming the vision struggles he had. His ability to track objects was limited and it made simple things bet difficult like reading, writing, and catching. Me as a dad had no idea because he's also nonverbal. We've been coming here for about 6 months now and his ability to throw a ball, catch, color in the lines and many other skills have drastically improved. Thank you to everyone here!!!

I have been taking my autistic son for his eye care to Dr Serrano for several years. Dr Serrano is probably one of the most caring people I have ever met. He takes the time just to talk and to see how my son was doing. He goes above and beyond what is expected. He would often give me information on programs and I’m so comfortable talking to him and getting information that could benefit my son . It takes me over an hour to get to his office but I will drive six hours if I had to. I appreciate him and not too many doctors have such manners he makes you feel like his only patient. He’s thoughtful, patient, caring and so personable. The lady at the front desk is very professional and explains billings. For anyone with a child or adult with special needs, Dr Serrano is the one because he’s extremely patient and caring. Thank you Dr Serrano for always making my son feel so special every time.
